Exploring Nightlife in South-West London

Apart from all its other attractions that draw people from all over the world, London is also a melting pot of nightlife activities due to the presence of best bars, nightclubs and pubs where you can get good bar food and enjoy late night partying. South-west London also has a fair share of its nightlife but there is emphasis on Chelsea-style partying that is basically meant for members only. Besides these, there are some nice little pubs and some late night bars and clubs.

The Anglesea Arms: Located at 15 Selwood Terrace in the classic, leafy South Kensington area, this pub is situated a little back from the road and it has a terrace that gets crowded in the summer. Its area was once used as market gardens and it still gives that airy feel. It offers good bar food in a separate dining room in a convivial, well-heeled but snooty environment.

The Grenadier on Wilton Row: This toy Town-size but pretty pub is situated at 18 Wilton Row and at one time it was an informal mess for Guards Officers. It offers real ales and spicy Bloody Marys. Service is not up to the mark because of it being crowded.

People visiting London who wish to stay in utter luxury in a strategic place close to most attractions and enjoy the best of facilities with personalised services to the extent of having a personal butler, can find many 5 Star Hotels In London West End that will fulfil all their needs.

The Botanist: This bright and sleek pub offering splendid views of Sloane Square has a decent bar menu serving light, fresh food while the restaurant offers modern European dishes.

606 Club: Located at 90 Lots Road, this pub is similar to a mini-100 Club and boasts of great British music history and plenty of exposed bricks. It has been a popular jazz venue since it started on King’s Road in the 60’s. You have to pay a music charge that goes to the bands and you have to order a main course if you wish to drink while watching.

Guests staying at any of the Montcalm Hotels in London get the advantage of having comfortable accommodation in decent hotels that offer all facilities and provide excellent services and personalised attention to all their needs.

Royal Court Theatre Bar & Kitchen: Located under Sloane Square, this is the favourite haunt of thespians who act in shows at the theatre above. It has an easy atmosphere with the presence of low-key celebrities enjoying unpretentious bar food.

Fifth Floor Bar Harvey Nichols: Located at 109-125 Knightsbridge, this bar is located on the fifth floor of Harvey Nichols. It presents a fuchsia, lime and white colour scheme that is inspired by a Champagne bottle. Open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays and otherwise 11pm or midnight, depending on the day, the bar is also accompanied by Yo! Sushi, Lobster & Burger, and other restaurants.
