Bubblewrap (Wardour Street, Soho)
Looks like that Bubblewrap believes in a cliché: broken eggs still count. Back in the day when people could not sell the broken eggs, waffles appeared. The broken eggs were not complete a piece of trash and people did not want to waste the broken eggs. So they made an egg-shaped iron machine and beat the blend of egg, milk and flour. This is how they made best out the waste: tasty egg waffles.

The success of this snack has ramped up customers in front of this place in Soho. If you are at the Lancaster Gate Hotel, it will be easier for you to walk down to Bubblewrap and pick your falour for the waffle. The mere sight of it will nudge you to put all your health vows on the back burner. This sweet snack is selling like hot cakes in the capital. The vendors offer three flavours of waffle- plain, matcha and coco. The customers can choose from six varieties of gelato, nine sauces and fourteen different toppings.  Such was the craze that long serpentine queues of people tailed all the way down Wardour Street.  Previously, this giant bubble shaped waffles were being sold at a pop up stall on Berwick Street every Saturday. But now they have got a permanent place at Wardour Street in Soho.  They also serve savoury crepes, brownies, croissant and short bread toppers.

Yolkin has an interesting story to tell. The owner Sammie, every time she made macaron, she was too wretched with throwing away the yolks. She found an ice cream recipe that used egg yolks as one of the ingredients and this how Yolkin’s special macaron ice cream sandwich was invented.  This pop up shop tours the city and offers melon, salted caramel, lemon meringue and HK milk tea.

Cutter and Squidge( Brewer Street, Soho)
The menu of this dessert shop in Soho offers juices, milkshakes, smoothies, ice creams, doughnuts and the likes. They a special called biskies which is a hybrid of cookies, biscuit and cake. The hybrid is stuffed with butter creams, caramels and jams. They offer flavours of fruit and salted caramel, miso caramel, apple crumble and chocolate lava.
